Overview
I designed and produced weekly, multi-page festival programs for the Minnesota, Michigan, and Bay Area Renaissance Festivals. These publications served as essential guides for attendees, combining schedules, maps, and event information into clear, accessible layouts.
To support a fast-paced production schedule, I developed scalable templates and layout systems that allowed for efficient weekly updates while maintaining strong visual consistency across festivals. Each edition required careful organization of high-volume content, ensuring readability and accuracy under tight deadlines.
In addition to design, I managed pre-press preparation and coordinated with print vendors to ensure files were production-ready and delivered on schedule.
